Stage 1 (HI-FI) speaker upgrade replaces the center dashboard mid-range speaker in MK8 Golf R/GTI models. Featuring a 3D printed bracket that houses the exceptional Audison VOCE AV3.0 full-range speaker to seamlessly fit and operate in the OEM dashboard location.
Experience more clarity, volume, soundstage and depth in vocals with this easy to install plug&play speaker upgrade!!
NOTE: In comparison to the Stage 1 center speaker, this option will play with slightly less volume and will provide a more balanced, detailed sound throughout the entire system without the overpowering brightness of the Stage 1. If you are just looking for volume and clarity - go for Stage 1.

Excellent upgrade from stock. Fuller sound throughout the cabin. Able to crank up the volume and not blow an ear drum
If you want more clarity out of the OEM sound system then definitely get this speaker. I was quite disappointed with the sound system that came in my 2023 VW Golf R…along with a few other upgrades, the center speaker has definitely raised the quality of the current sound system greatly. This is how the car should have sounded coming from the factory. Looking forward to any other upgrades for my Golf R.
The VW Harmon Kardon system is lacking and this center dash speaker makes an instant difference. Along with my Cerwin Vega spare tire sub it sounds great now. Now come up with door speakers & tweeters 👍
Relatively cheap and VERY easy upgrade to do. Completely changed the sound system. I really recommend this to anyone with a MK8 Golf R.
I just did the install and feel it was a great improvement over the original upgrade. Definitley worth dropping another 2 hundred to get it done. In my opinion the volume of the speaker is a much better match for the system, and with my eq settings, the ACM tweak, and the cerwin sub the overall quality of the sound is a vast improvement. The orignal upgrade was for sure better than stock, but I did find I could not dial out the piercing highs at louder volumes. This new speaker is not only clearer, but also a bit quieter, so does not overpower the rest of the system and allows me to get to higher overall volumes. Really classes up the sound! So happy we have RS acoustics out there doing the lords work to save our stereos
